Bavarian pork

Rinse and chop about a kilogram of pork in small pieces, shaped like chops, 1-1.5 centimeters thick. Pepper with black pepper and salt. Fry the meat for five minutes on each side over medium heat. Without removing the pork from the pan, add half a glass of broth or water to it. Simmer the meat for 15 minutes.
While pork is cooked, cut three cloves of garlic, one onion (half rings), one quince fruit (cubes). Chop finely a little more than half the average fork of cabbage. Put all this with the meat in a baking dish, which should be deep. Place it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Your dish will reach full readiness for about another hour.
Fatty pork, stewed cabbage, fried sausages and beer - it is with these dishes that many associate German cuisine. In fact, it is very diverse and famous for many delicious treats. And every housewife in Germany stores their original recipes. Here is one of them.
German beer sausages
For their preparation you will need about three hundred grams of pork and the same amount of beef, 2 meters of pig intestines, one egg, one large onion, one hundred grams of white bread, a teaspoon of caraway seeds, 100 ml of milk, fifty grams of lard, a tablespoon of sour cream. In addition: parsley, black pepper, nutmeg, salt. And a couple more hours of time. German cuisine is known for dishes, the preparation of which is a lengthy process.
Soak the bread in milk. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil. Minced meat must be prepared. Crush caraway in a mortar. Chop garlic, parsley, basil. Combine all of the above and mix well. Do not forget to salt and pepper.
With the prepared meat, begin the pre-washed guts. This process will be facilitated by a simple plastic tube. Fill 15-20 cm of the intestine, dress it with silk thread. And so go on.
Boil raw sausages in water for 15 minutes. Then they need to be fried on a wire rack or in a frying pan in oil. But it is quite possible to use the grill in the microwave.
