  2. Boil the rice, rinse under running water, leave to drain in a colander.
  3. Cut mushrooms and onions, fry in a pan. Three minutes before cooking, add chopped garlic.
  4. Mix mushrooms with rice, salt to taste, add chopped greens.
  5. Put the mixture of rice and mushrooms in the carcass, sew the breast.
  6. Pour the chicken over the sauce, let it marinate, puncture the hole in the thighs and breast with a toothpick, turn the chicken over half an hour later, so that the second part is soaked in teriyaki, leave for another 30 minutes.
  7. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, set to bake for 1-1.5 hours (depending on the size of the carcass) at 180 degrees.
