Almost 30 years have passed since the first series of cartoons about the little pig Funtika appeared. But today, both adults and children are happy to watch them. But this cartoon might not have been. Initially, one of the authors - Yuri Fridman - wrote the play "The Fourth Piglet." It was long before the advent of the cartoon "The Adventures of Funtik." The play was a success at the Kharkov Theater. Unusual, with a sharp plot, the directors also liked her. True, by the time the animated version of the theatrical production was released, everyone had forgotten. And the author himself did not want to believe in its success.
In total, 4 series of the cartoon were shot under the names "Elusive Funtik", "Funtik and detectives", "Funtik and an old woman with a mustache" and "Funtik in the circus." Each of these series, on the one hand, has its own story, and on the other, they form a single mini-series about the adventures of a pig and his friends. But the adventures of Funtik were not so interesting without the main villains: Madame Belodonna and the 2 best detectives, one of whom with a diploma, and the second without him.
And now all four episodes can be seen as Uncle Mokus and the Bambina monkey try to save Funtik from them. But why do they really need this particular piglet? The thing is that he has real talent. Funtik so uttered the phrase: "Serve at the houses for the bottomless pigs" that he managed to deceive in this way eleven girls, three boys and one very kind old man. He could not deceive the more kind-hearted piglet and left Beladonna. Thus begins the adventures of Funtik.
All series of this wonderful animated series are voiced by the real stars of Soviet cinema. Grandfather Mokus was voiced by Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, and Mrs. Beladonna - by Olga Aroseva. Funtiku was given her voice by Zoya Pylnova, Bambino monkey - Irina Muravyova, and hippo Chocolate - George Burkov. Others also worked on its scoring: Spartak Mishulin,
Yuri Volintsev and not only. True, in the USSR, many film actors were engaged in dubbing cartoons without claiming their stellar status. It was the same work as in the movie. Perhaps this is also why the cartoon turned out to be so sincere and touching.
After its release on television, the cartoon "The Adventures of Funtik" was incredibly popular. Therefore, its authors were repeatedly asked to create a sequel. But Yuri Fridman decided definitely not to work with animation anymore. True, after his death, the continuation of the cartoon in 2010 was filmed. On the basis of Soyuzmultfilm 3 more episodes were released: Funtik almost got caught, Funtik and pirate and Pirate and Jaco Good Deed. It was decided to make these parts of the animated series "Funtik's Adventures" puppet. To voice all the characters except Funtik and Fakstrot, the same actors were invited as 25 years ago.
Be that as it may, The Adventures of the Pound ”is a cartoon that taught what kindness is, not one hundred children. And many phrases from it became simply popular.
