Oleg Menshikov, the most popular theater and film artist, was born on November 8, 1960 in the city of Serpukhov. A year later, the family moved to Moscow, where he spent his childhood. The first test in the cinema took place in 1980 in the film “I Wait and Hope”, where Oleg played a scout.
