This drug belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Its active ingredient is naproxen sodium, it quickly and easily binds to plasma proteins, after an hour it reaches its maximum effect, is almost completely eliminated from the body. "Nalgesin", the instruction carefully paints this, is indicated in the following cases:
- muscle pain of various or unknown origin;
- with pain in the joints, bones, spine;
- with menstrual pain ;
- with migraines and headaches;
- with toothaches;
- for pain of unknown origin;
- in case of cancer;
- in the post-traumatic or postoperative period ;
- with colds;
- with laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis.
The medicine simultaneously achieves three goals: reduces pain, lowers temperature, relieves inflammation.
However, like any medicine, the drug has contraindications that can cause great harm to a certain group of people. "Nalgesin", the instruction warns, is contraindicated:
- people with lesions of the gastrointestinal tract;
- suffering from "aspirin" asthma;

- renal or liver failure;
