Pancake dough - a recipe for a nutritious breakfast and delicious dinner

We bring to your attention a pancake dough , the recipe of which is universal - you can use such pancakes as an independent dish, and for the filling. Preparation of the test will take a minimum of time, and the result of baking will in no way disappoint you.

There is no clear restriction - how many eggs to put in the dough for pancakes with filling or for “independent” pancakes. It is worth trying several times - and you will notice that the more eggs are added, the more dense pancakes turn out. If you overdo it, the finished product can even become solid, and it will be difficult to roll up with an envelope or roll. If you do not add eggs at all, then the pancakes, of course, will not fall apart and will not crumble, but will stick more to the pan.

Usually sifted flour - to saturate with oxygen. It is poured into a bowl with a slide, eggs are beaten separately and poured into a groove in a flour hill. Add half of the liquid intended for the test to the flour with the egg and mix this thick dough with a whisk, whisking. Do not forget that fluids - whey, milk, yogurt - should be warm. Whisk with a whisk is more convenient than with a spoon, because it is possible to achieve uniformity - without lumps. A blender and mixer are also great for making dough. After mixing well, add the remaining liquid and a little vegetable oil to the dough. As a result, the pancake dough, the recipe of which we are describing, should have the consistency of liquid sour cream - if you are going to bake classic pancakes, and the consistency of very liquid sour cream - if thin. To add sugar and how much is also a matter of taste, it depends on what you need pancakes for.

The pan needs to be heated. Having poured dough on it for the first pancake, reduce the fire. Choose the optimal temperature regime. It may be necessary to add a little oil sometimes (despite the fact that it has already been added to the dough), this must be done before baking the first pancake.

Pancake dough, the recipe and simple cooking rules which are outlined here, can become the basis for wonderful pancakes if you add more flour and a little slaked soda to it.

The dough for pancakes with meat is prepared as follows. Take a deep bowl, pour in milk or whey, eggs, a little sugar and salt. Mix all this and slowly pour in the flour, after having sifted it. Beat the dough thoroughly so that there are no lumps. If you have a mixer, simply fold all the ingredients into a container and beat with this appliance. Add some vegetable oil. Pour the dough onto a well-heated skillet, do not need to fry pancakes for a long time, you can completely brown them on only one side, and then put the filling on this side. Roll pancakes with envelope or roll. You can fold the pancake in half 2 times. Then put them again in the pan and the white side will brown.

The pancake dough, the recipe of which involves the use of kefir, is better to dilute with milk or whey so that they do not stick to the pan and are not too loose. If you want to cook something delicious for tea - ready-made pancakes, while they are hot, grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Such products are very tasty to eat with cottage cheese and tea.

If the pancakes burn in the pan, wash and bake the salt on it so that the salt layer completely covers the bottom.

Remember that the pancake dough is “better” - the final product is tastier and does not burn during cooking - if it is left to stand for 40-50 minutes after beating and mixing. It will become more elastic, and if you don’t have a mixer or a whisk on hand to make the dough uniform, you can easily achieve it by stirring the dough with an ordinary spoon.
