  • fresh butter - 170 g or 1 pack;
  • wheat flour - pour until a thick dough is obtained;
  • table salt - 1/3 of a small spoon;
  • granulated sugar - 1.3 large tablespoons.

A pie with mushrooms and potatoes is deliciously obtained from any dough. We decided to cook it from kefir and butter. This choice is due to the fact that this base is kneaded and baked much faster. Thus, 1 liter of 3% kefir should be poured into a pan, slightly heated, and then extinguished in it a dessert spoon of baking soda. When the milk product foams, add 2 eggs, melted butter, table salt and granulated sugar to it. After mixing the ingredients, add wheat flour to them and knead until a thick base is formed.

To make a pie, you need to divide the kefir base into 2 unequal parts. Most of them should be used for the bottom layer. It needs to be rolled into a layer, and then laid out on a greased oven sheet. After that, put the potato filling with mushrooms on the dough, evenly distributing it with a large spoon. Next, vegetables and champignons should be covered with a second rolled part of the base, which is recommended to be greased with a beaten egg.
