- 1 kilogram of pork ribs;
- salt;
- 150 grams of tomato paste;
- 105 grams of liquid honey;
- 80 grams of sesame oil;
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and as much teriyaki;
- 2-3 grams of hot red and a little black pepper.

- Collect all products according to the recipe (except meat) in one container and mix them thoroughly.

- 800 grams of pork ribs;
- black pepper;
- salt.
For the sauce:
- 1 pod of hot pepper;
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano and soy sauce;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
Cooking process:
- Cut layers of ribs into pieces (in portions). Grate them with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the meat in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 3 hours.
