The recipe for cider made from apples dried in the sun
In the same way, you can make a drink with pears. It is best to take the sun-dried fruit, but in extreme cases, the oven or dryer is also suitable. Pour dried apples into a prepared bottle or barrel, pour cold boiled water. You need to take ten liters of water per kilogram of fruit. Cover with a cloth and leave it in a cool place for several days, then put it in the cellar or refrigerator. Wait for the fermentation to begin, then hermetically seal the container and leave the drink for a month. Pour into bottles to add flavor to each, adding a twist, and store until use. It is best to keep the bottles horizontal, in the basement or in the cellar.
Aged cider
The recipe differs from others in that it is advisable to use apples of sour varieties for a drink, and it can be kept for up to several years.
Cut the sour apples in half and leave for a day. Pound and squeeze the juice, pour it into a
wooden tub and wait another day. Pour into a barrel and leave for two weeks, then tightly cork and leave for a couple of months. Then pour into glass bottles and plug them with corks. Such cider can also be prepared with pears - they should be four times less than apples. You can drink cider from sour apples in six months, but it can be infused for several years.
Citrus cider
The recipe for such a drink is quite original. Grind fresh sour apples and put in glass bottles. Pour in cold water and add dry or fresh zest of lemon or other citrus fruits. Close cider tightly. The recipe recommends leaving it for three days for fermentation, after adding the diluted yeast. Strain the brewed drink, pour the pulp with boiled water and leave to brew again. Repeat the procedure three times, mix the resulting juice. To taste, you can add a little sugar to the finished drink.
