Sweet bread

In a bread machine you can cook not only familiar dough products, but also quite original ones. For example, sweet bread with apple, strawberry or lemon jam, chocolate, nuts, other fillings to taste. For this, there is a separate function for making bread with fruit additives. Products in the bread machine must be added in the order specified in the instructions.

Such bread cannot be called sweet in the usual sense of the word. Its sweetness is quite moderate and can be “adjusted” to your own taste. If the bread is without filling, then it can even be used to make sandwiches, for example, with tuna. If you add a little more sugar and fruit, you get a great treat, which children love so much.

Almond sweet bread in a bread maker

In a baking container, you need to put 100 grams of almonds (chopped and toasted), half a kilogram of wheat flour, a small spoonful of salt and the same amount of dry yeast, two large tablespoons of olive oil, 70-80 grams of sugar (better than brown), two small tablespoons of ground cinnamon , chopped zest of two oranges and about 350 milliliters of orange juice (can be mixed with water). Flour falls asleep last. On the timer you need to set the mode for baking muffin. Bread is obtained with a delicate aroma of almond and orange. Children will especially like it.

Portuguese sweet bread

Put the following products in a bucket of a bread machine: a little more than a glass of milk (240 ml), a beaten egg, two large spoons of margarine, 80 g of sugar, 3 cups of flour, an incomplete spoon of salt, 10 g of dry yeast. Set the “Baking” mode for baking.

Sweet bread with jam

Put in the oven about 300 milliliters of warm milk and a little warm mineral water (about 50 milliliters), two large tablespoons of sugar, half a small spoon of salt, one and a half teaspoons of fast-acting yeast, seeds of food poppy (gram 20). Poppy is added at the very end of the batch. Proofing takes about an hour and a half.

The finished dough is divided into four parts. Each is rolled into a rectangle, which is smeared with jam and rolled up with a roll. The resulting four rolls are placed in a bread machine (two from the bottom, two from the top), aged for another half hour for proofing. Bread is baked in the “Baking” mode for about an hour.

Sweet bread with figs

Put in a bucket 100-150 ml of water, the same amount of apple juice with pulp, 470-500 g of wheat flour, 20 g of sugar and a large pinch of salt, 5 g of dry yeast. After the signal, add fresh chopped figs (50 grams) and chopped pistachios (one and a half spoons).

Sweet bread with apricots and chocolate

First, put 180-250ml of milk, 470-500g of flour, 50g of butter, 60-80g of cocoa powder, 30g of sugar and 5g of salt, a teaspoon of yeast (dry) in a bread machine. Add 100-150 g of dried apricots after the signal.

Bread with Amaretto

Pour 150-220 ml of milk and 50-80 ml of Amaretto liquor into the bucket of the oven, add butter (30-40 g), 440-500 g of flour, 15 g of sugar, a spoonful of salt and dried yeast. After the signal, add finely chopped almonds (50-75 g).

Fruit bread for bread maker

Mix 50 g of candied cherries, candied lemon, chopped almonds and 100 g of raisins. Put products in the bread machine: 170-240 ml of milk, 20 ml of brown rum, 40-60 g of sweet cream butter, one egg, about 500 g of wheat flour, a small spoon of salt, 30-40 grams of sugar, a teaspoon of yeast powder. After the signal, add fruit.

Sweet bread with raisins from a minimum of products

Place one egg, 60 g sour cream, 115 g water, 50 g mayonnaise, about 100 g butter and a little more than 500 g flour, six large spoons of sugar, half a small spoon of salt and two teaspoons of yeast in the oven. After the signal, report 200 g of raisins soaked in warm water. Bake on the main (first) program. It turns out pretty quickly and tasty! Bon appetit to all!
