Before cooking pickled tomatoes with honey, it is necessary to process the main vegetable. Tomatoes for such a harvest are selected in small sizes. They should not have any damage. They are thoroughly washed in hot water and the stalks are removed.
Other components are also separately prepared. They clean the garlic cloves (there should be about 3-4 cloves per one three-liter jar), and scalp with boiling water is scalded with lavrushka and dill umbrellas.

- various spices (peppercorns, lavrushka and dill umbrellas) to taste.

Also separately clean the cloves of garlic. They are not used in whole form, but in grated (should be rubbed on a fine grater).
Cooking workpiece
To form such a snack, you should use a three-liter jar. They spread lavrushka, peppercorns and dill umbrellas into it. Next, fresh tomatoes are tightly placed in the container, previously cut into pieces.

Sterilization process

After that, a sufficient amount of drinking water is poured into the dishes (up to the shoulders of the container). Giving the liquid to boil, the fire is reduced to a minimum.
