How to take the medicine "Kapoten"
It should be noted immediately that this medication belongs to the category of strong specific agents, and its improper use, especially abuse, can lead to very serious consequences. So, at primary doses, with the wrong dosage, hypertension can be replaced by hypotension. Take these pills, as well as any analogue of Kapoten, starting with small doses. At the same time, they are installed strictly individually.
So, with arterial hypertension, it is recommended to start with a double dose of 12.5 mg. In severe hypertension, the dose is gradually increased to 50 mg twice a day.
In the post-infarction period, just three days after the attack, the doctors connect the drug “Kapoten” or an analogue of “Kapoten” in the initial dosage of 6.25 mg per day. A gradual increase in dose is 75-150 mg in two to three doses.
People with chronic heart failure also use Kapoten tablets as their main or prophylactic means. - obstructive phenomena in the aorta, preventing the outflow of blood from the left ventricle;
- pregnancy and lactation;
- minor age;
