The simplest one looks like this: buy a pound of dry cookies "biscuits", you can brackish or neutral taste. Break or crush them into small pieces. Divide into two piles. Take a can of condensed milk and chocolate. Melt the tile in a water bath and then pour into half the condensed milk. In this case, you will get a dark "Ant hill" (the recipe allows for improvisation). Mix cookies with white cream in one bowl and dark with the other. Then combine both mixtures and mix well. Put the mass in a cling film, give it the shape of a hill - your cake “Ant hill” is ready! The recipe recommends putting the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours so that it freezes well.

Cake with boiled condensed milk

Another delicious and uncomplicated version of the treat. For it, you will need about 5-6 packs of “Chess” type cookies or with a pound of corn, oat or other shortbread cookies. In order not to turn out to be too cloying "Ant hill", the recipe advises combining sweet varieties and fresh ones. And for the cream, again, condensed milk is needed. Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan and cook over low heat until it thickens and becomes a brownish tint. You can add a bag of vanillin for the smell. While the cream is cooling, break the cookies. Then proceed according to the algorithm already described (all the same “Ant hill”). Recipe with photo attached. For the dough, take about a pound of flour, 1 egg, a little butter and sour cream (take it as needed - to make the dough cool, but elastic) and a glass of sugar. Chop the butter (or margarine or lard) into pieces, pound with sugar. Throw a pinch of salt - it will tint the sweetness of cookies. Add grated ginger and cinnamon to the tip of the knife. Drive the egg into the flour, pour the sour cream, put the sugar mixture and knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap it in cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

How to prepare the “Ant hill” cake? The recipe suggests either cutting pieces off the dough and rubbing them on a coarse grater and sprinkling with flour so that they do not stick together, or use a meat grinder. To do this, thin layers are passed through a meat grinder, cutting off small "worms". Distribute all the pieces evenly over the greased baking sheet, put in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes (until golden brown). Let them cool. Then crumble all the resulting cookies. In the condensed milk, add a spoonful of tea cocoa (powder) and you can have a little lemon juice, just a couple of drops.

Stir, pour the mixture into cookies, knead. Make a mound - and freeze in the cold!

Jam cake

For “Ant hill”, not only condensed milk, but also syrup is suitable as a cream. The main condition is that there should be enough of it to saturate the cookies. And the baked goods themselves, if they are store-bought, you need to buy softer. The Lemon or Tea Tea biscuits are best. And for pouring take syrup from cherry, pear or currant jam. Apricot puree is also suitable. And do not neglect poppy seeds, it will give the dessert an original flavor.

Break the cookies into pieces. Add 100 g of a little softened butter, and then jam. Give the cake the desired shape and let it soak well.

Roll up the sleeves, hostess, and get to the stove! To bake this "hill" (by the way, the second name of the cake is "Anthill"), you will need:

  • flour - 3 cups;
  • sugar - half a measure (half a glass);
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • butter (or margarine) - 200 g;
  • walnuts - half a cup (mince) and for them sugar an additional 2 tablespoons;
  • as well as some cocoa.

From spices, take half a spoonful of tea cardamom and vanilla. Sift flour, beat in an egg, add sugar, cardamom with vanilla and cocoa. Mix well and knead the dough without lumps. Roll out the cakes with a thickness of a centimeter and bake them in a frying pan on gas for several minutes. Then break, coat with boiled condensed milk, let the cake “infuse”. Before serving, sprinkle with a slice of grated nuts and sugar.

Deep-fried cake

And finally, another delicious recipe for "Ant hill" - with honey. It will require:

  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • salts - a pinch;
  • honey - 450-500 g;
  • powdered sugar;
  • vegetable oil (for frying).

Sift flour to become airy. Put eggs, salt in it and knead the dough. Roll up the ball, cover with a towel and let it “rest” for half an hour. Then roll into thin layers, cut into strips and deep-fry. Put cookies on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Now melt the honey, you can even boil it a little. If there is raisins, pour in the same. Now put the cookies, mix well, make an “ant heap”. Sprinkle it with icing sugar and caraway seeds.
