Despite the strange combination of fruits and vegetables, plum ketchup, prepared at home, is very tasty and aromatic. With this sauce you can dress absolutely any dish. It is especially suitable for pasta and various goulash with gravy.

  • ripe tomatoes - 3 kg;
  • overripe purple plum - 1 kg;
  • white onion - 4 heads;
  • large green apples - 4 pcs.;
