We fill it in a bowl and carefully mix semolina, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and vanillin. Now set aside our mixture for half an hour, during which semolina will slightly swell. We take the form in which we will bake our dessert (this may be several small molds), and grease with oil. Add soda to the semolina dough and transfer it to the baking dish. We leave to bake in the oven for half an hour. Mannik should get up a little and brown. Done! The cooled cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, chocolate or cocoa.

Kefir Mannik - Double Good

The kefir recipe is very similar to the previous one. For a glass of fermented milk drink we also take a glass of semolina, but one egg and 100 grams of butter, which will go directly to the dough. The same half a glass of sugar, a spoonful of baking powder and vanillin (optional). You can use cinnamon. Grind the butter with sugars, add the remaining ingredients in turn. Further, everything is according to plan: put the dough in molds and send it to bake for 30-35 minutes.
