Wash the meat tenderloin and dry thoroughly with a napkin. Peel the carrots. Then, gently cut it into long, thin cubes. Parsnip chop rings. Use a sharp pork knife to make deep enough cuts. In the resulting pockets, place slices of carrots. Combine ground pepper, vodka and soy sauce in a separate bowl. This sauce will improve the taste of boiled pork and make it softer. Put the meat in a plastic bag, cover it with parsnips on all sides and pour soya marinade. Wrap the pork tenderloin carefully and place it overnight in the refrigerator compartment. If you donโ€™t have much time to cook, leave the meat to marinate at room temperature for only two hours. After that, remove the pork from the bag and remove the parsnip. In this case, the foil should be removed, and the boiled pork itself should be left in the oven for another thirty or even forty minutes. When the meat has cooled, it must be transferred to a deep plate and placed in a cold place for five hours. Finished meat is perfectly cut into neat thin slices.
