- several cloves of peeled garlic;
- bunch of dill (fresh).
How to make egg and mayonnaise roll (step by step recipe)
Sequencing:
- Take a deep bowl and put in it all the eggs and one hundred and fifty grams of mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt and beat the mass with a whisk. You can use a mixer.
- Cover the flat baking sheet with baking paper and carefully coat the paper with vegetable oil.
- Pour the whipped mixture onto a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven. The time spent in the oven for about ten minutes.
- Turn the paper over onto a clean towel and remove from the "dough".
- Cheese, grated through a fine grater, mix with dill and the remaining mayonnaise. Add chopped garlic to the filling.

How will we cook? Egg and mayonnaise rolls are prepared as follows:
- First of all, we’ll do it, fry the scrambled eggs for rolls. Mix the eggs with mayonnaise and add ground pepper. Pour a portion of a mixture of eggs and mayonnaise into a frying pan greased with lean oil and fry such a pancake on both sides.
