- 300 g low-fat ground meat.
- 200 g of spaghetti.
- 100 ml cream.
- 30 g butter.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 white onion.
- 1 tbsp. l semolina.
- Salt, aromatic spices, water and herbs.

- 3 liters of drinking water.
- 2 bay leaves.

Washed, peeled and chopped potatoes are loaded into a pot with boiling water and left on a working stove. Ten minutes later, add to it a roast made of vegetables, mushrooms, tomato paste and bay leaf. Almost immediately, meatballs formed from salted minced meat are laid in the same place.
