Required products for the dish:
- soy sauce - 130 ml;
- chilled chicken breasts - 1 kg;
- apple cider vinegar - 4 large spoons;
- brown sugar - 150 g;
- allspice black ground - 1 small spoon;
- starch - 2 dessert spoons;
- small iodized salt - add to meat at your own discretion;
- medium-sized fresh garlic - 2 cloves;
- ginger root - an average piece (8-10 centimeters in size);
- chilled drinking water - 55 ml.

Chicken in Teriyaki sauce, the recipe of which is really very simple, turns out to be especially tasty if you use only fresh chilled breasts for its preparation. They need to be purchased in an amount of 1 kg, washed thoroughly, separated from bones, cartilage and skin, and then cut into small pieces. It should be noted that some housewives prefer to make such a dish from whole breasts. We decided to chop them, as well as generously flavor with fine iodized salt.

Next, the breasts must be poured with a thick dressing and sent to the preheated oven for 38 minutes. After the specified time, the dishes with meat should be removed and laid out in portioned plates.
