- sweet bell pepper;
- three tomatoes;
- young zucchini.
For pickling, you must take:
- 5 sprigs of young garlic;
- salt;
- several branches of dill, parsley or thyme;
- black pepper peas;
- lemon juice;
- paprika;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- ground black pepper.
Cooking features
Rinse the bird carcass under water. Dry slightly with a kitchen towel. Remove offal and skin. From giblets, by the way, you can then cook a delicious and fragrant soup. Cut the bird into portions.
