But users empirically concluded that small pieces of fish in oil look and eat better than a pasty mass. Pour a slice of white loaf with a small amount of milk. Peel the apple from the skin and seeds and grate. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in butter until soft. Grind half herring (1 filet) and mix with the above ingredients. Stirring, combine with 100 g of softened butter, add a pinch of black pepper, nutmeg, sugar and 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Beat with a wooden spatula until splendid. Put on the edge of the foil or cling film, roll up, put in the refrigerator for an hour.

It does not require apples and a loaf of milk, but mustard, dill, lemon juice and an egg are needed. Boil the latter until it is steep, clean and finely shred along with half of the salted herring. Knead with a 200-gram pack of softened butter and a teaspoon of mustard. At the end, add two soup spoons of lemon juice, carefully beat the mass with a fork. Finely chop the half of the dill bunch and put it on a piece of foil. We put herring oil on top of the dill. Carefully wrap the sheet and place the “sausage” in the refrigerator for one to two hours.

Stir egg, herring fillet, grated hard cheese (100 g), mix with a pack of butter and finely chopped parsley and dill. Add spices to taste. To this simple composition, you can attach another clove of garlic, passed through the press, and a half of the red onion, which before this must be finely chopped and scalded with boiling water in a colander. For fans of piquancy, we recommend that you also add a spoonful of mustard to the oil.

How to cook herring oil from caviar? Even simpler: beat both components in the mixer until white to get a lush mass. If desired, you can mix it with finely chopped dill. This is a wonderful spread of Borodino bread with vodka.
