Imagine that we are going to feed a large group of friends, and for this we decided to bake pizza.

Take 2kg of flour, 1l of water, 20g of yeast (fresh) and 50g of salt. From the listed ingredients, 3 kg of dough will turn out. The main secret is that you can not allow the "meeting" of salt and yeast. In order to avoid such embarrassment, it is necessary to mix them with flour in different bowls.

Take two large bowls, divide the flour in half and pour into each bowl. Then, in one of them add salt diluted with half the liquid, and in the other - also diluted yeast. Knead all the dough in both bowls. When the dough is left behind, you need to mix both halves into a single piece.

You need to take a cup (in this recipe with a capacity of 230g) and from this calculation 2.5 cups of flour, ¾ cup of water, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 6 tablespoons butter, 0.5 tsp salt and soda. Mix everything and knead the dough.
