In this case, thorough gastric lavage with water (warm) and the use of activated carbon will help. To prevent dehydration, the patient should drink as much as possible. After stopping nausea and vomiting, the patient needs a sleep, calm and full. When a person gets better, try to persuade him to take tests for liver disease, pancreatitis or cholecystitis.
Vomiting of bile in diseases of the gallbladder, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract and liver, which in no case should be started. If vomiting begins precisely for these reasons, you can give a shot of no-shpa (or drink a pill) and give yourself the opportunity to relax. It is not recommended to eat during an exacerbation, you can only drink a decoction of rose hips or mineral water without gas content.

Vomiting of bile can be caused by pathologies of the gallbladder, biliary dyskinesia, blockage of the bile ducts, can be one of the manifestations of appendicitis (in older children).
