Recipe number 1. Powdered milk sorbet
We offer you to choose your own recipe for sorbet. At home, you can cook sorbet in two versions. Let's start with the traditional. First, in the oven you need to dry 200 grams of nuts, it is best to take peanuts or walnuts. Then grind them with a rolling pin, but not too finely. In a cauldron with a thick bottom, melt 100 grams of sugar and add 350 grams of water to it, boil, pour in another 600 grams of sugar and a little vanillin. When the sugar has completely dissolved, put 50 grams of butter in it, mix and remove from heat. Mix sugar syrup with 500 grams of milk powder and chopped nuts. We spread the resulting mass on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sherbet hardens quickly enough, so try to quickly level it with your hands and cut it, since later you will have to chop the prepared sweetness.
Recipe number 2. Tender sorbet with condensed milk
And here's another sorbet recipe - with condensed milk. Boil 100 grams of sugar with 50 milliliters of water, add a little lemon juice, 100 grams of condensed milk, as much butter and walnuts. Boil the sorbet for 20 minutes, transfer to convenient tins and cool slightly, then put in the freezer to freeze for about an hour. The classic sorbet recipe can be slightly added. For example, adding cocoa powder, you will get chocolate sorbet, replacing walnuts with hazelnuts or cashews, you will change the usual taste of your favorite sweet.
Refreshing fruit or berry sorbet
If there is heat in the yard, then instead of the east it is better to give preference to fruit sorbet. It needs very few ingredients: fresh fruits or berries, sugar and lemon juice. To make a sweet strawberry sorbet, take 500 grams of ripe berries, remove the tails. Grind the berries in a blender. You should get a smoothie. If necessary, you can use a sieve. Mix the berry puree with 100 grams of sugar and 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, transfer to a bowl and put in the freezer for 5 hours. Then take out, whip the mixture again in a blender (then the sorbet will turn out gentler) and put in the freezer for another 2 hours. Serve berry or fruit sorbet by placing it in a bowl with an ice cream spoon and garnishing with a sprig of mint or fresh berries.
