Chinese cabbage (spicy)
The first recipe includes the following set of products:
- hot pepper - 2 pods;
- ground ginger root - a teaspoon;
- a teaspoon of vinegar 3 percent;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- Chinese (Beijing) cabbage fresh - weighing 500 grams;
- sugar - 2 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- parsley (greens).

Rinse the cabbage leaves, chop with straws, transfer to a deep container, sprinkle with salt, mix. Cover and leave for 4 hours. Then drain the resulting liquid.

For this recipe you need:
- white cabbage - 2 small-sized forks;
- beets - 3 pieces;
- a bunch of fresh cilantro;
- a bunch of fresh dill;
- a bunch of fresh parsley;
- 10 cloves of peeled garlic;
- salt to taste and sugar.
Cooking technology
Georgian cabbage (spicy) is a spicy and tasty appetizer. To prepare it, you need to use a large plastic bucket with a lid. Cut each fork into 6 pieces. Cut peeled beets into rings. Their thickness is 3-4 mm. Rinse the herbs, chop the garlic into slices. Put layers of cabbage, beets, herbs, garlic in a bucket. Next, alternate the ingredients until they run out. Pour water into a three-liter jar, add a spoon (tablespoon) of sugar and 3 tablespoons (tablespoons) of salt. Stir. Pour brine over cabbage. Water should cover it. For 3-4 days, place the container in a warm place. Without cover. After the time has passed, rearrange the bucket in a cold place. As soon as the cabbage turns red inside and out, the dish is ready. Spicy sauerkraut with apples
Ingredients:
- wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- juice of apple and orange - 50 ml each;
- salt and red pepper;
- brown sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- cinnamon, various spices;
- several sour apples weighing 450 grams;
- red cabbage weighing 900 grams.
Cooking technology
Chop the cabbage, put it evenly in the mold. Gently spread a layer of chopped apples on it. Sprinkle with spices, sugar and cinnamon. Add salt, pepper. Alternate the ingredients.
