How to Make Delicious Garlic Croutons

Many people like croutons, because they perfectly complement cheese, vegetable soups, mashed potatoes and broths, and also serve as an excellent and inexpensive snack. Garlic croutons can be prepared if guests are going to have a noisy and cheerful company to drink beer and have a good time, and the owners have no time and money.

To cook crispy garlic croutons, you need to take a loaf of white bread, 2-3 large cloves of garlic and 70 grams of butter. It is better to take bread already in slices and not too fresh (of course, old and stale also will not work), so that it is easier to cut, and it crumbles less. In the same way as in the first recipe, all the crusts are cut from the roll, and the crumb is cut into large rectangles (about 2 * 5 cm). A piece of butter weighing 50-70 grams is melted in a frying pan, and then the bread is fried in it. When the croutons are slightly cooled, each bar is rubbed slightly on all sides with a garlic clove, after which the treat is served to the table.

You will need a white loaf (sliced), a couple of cloves of garlic, mayonnaise, a small bunch of green onions and 5 eggs. Eggs are boiled in boiling water and cooled. To prepare them, you will need a loaf of white bread, a pinch of salt, 100 grams of cream, hard cheese, butter and an egg. First, beat the egg with salt and cream in a separate bowl. Then a slice of loaf is dipped into this mixture (on both sides) and sent to a pan in which a piece of butter has already melted. Each of them is fried on both sides so that it acquires an appetizing golden color, and then, until it has cooled, sprinkle with finely grated cheese. The dish is served hot.

Very tasty croutons with sprats turn out. Many housewives cook them only on special holidays, but you can make them in just a quarter of an hour. Such a delicious snack can be pampered at home even on a regular weekday.

To prepare them, you will need two medium-sized pickled cucumbers, a can of sprats, butter and a loaf cut into slices. First you need to lightly fry the slices of the loaf in butter, just a couple of minutes each side over medium heat. Then, on each side, a thin layer of butter is applied. On top lay 2-3 thin, almost transparent slices of pickled cucumber and 1-2 fish. Decorate each toast with a sprig of dill.

No less delicious are croutons with sprats and cheese. To prepare them, you will need a piece of hard cheese (about 100 gr.), A can of sprat, mayonnaise, garlic, a loaf and greens for decoration. Slices of loafs are dried in a toaster or oven. Each rubbed with a clove of garlic on one side. Cheese is rubbed, mixed with mayonnaise and spread with a spoon on croutons, evenly spreading over the entire surface. A fish is placed on top and decorated with a sprig of greenery.
