- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (for pancakes);
- salt, mayonnaise and vegetable oil - during cooking.
Technological process
The breast is already cooked, cooled, it remains to cut it with noodles. No need to make too long pieces. One and a half to three centimeters is quite enough. Shred the cabbage. We wash the radish and grind it with a thin straw. You can use a grater.
From eggs and soy sauce, knead the base for pancakes. Fry in a pan until the whole base is over. Let’s cool the pancakes. Cut them into not too thin noodles. Mix everything and add salt with mayonnaise. The decor of the dish is at the discretion of the creator.
