Who just did not consider himself among the ancestors of this open pie! The ancient Romans and Greeks called it "flat baked bread", the Italians originally called it "focaccia" - cheese cake. Ingredients:

Knead the dough, leave it for 1-1.5 hours to rest, then roll out. This amount should be enough for two cakes. You can use a mixer, but a whisk for whipping will be quite enough. So, let's get started!

Beat the eggs with a whisk, pour kefir, sifted flour into them, add soda, salt and sugar. The dough is ready. Pour into a container with sides. Decide on the choice of toppings yourself, but you will see that the kefir pizza, the recipe of which is described in the article, is really a quick and easy snack.

Pizza with cabbage is cooked on puff pastry. To prepare the dough, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • flour - 250 g;
  • margarine -150 g;
  • 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt.

Sift the flour, add the egg to it, grated chilled margarine, sugar, salt. Knead the dough.

Boiled cauliflower is divided into inflorescences. We cut the yellow bell pepper into rings, sprinkle abundantly with chopped green or chives, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, sprinkle with greasy sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
