The capital has a large number of places where you can relax. Among them there are clubs of various levels. One of the legendary places was Club Space Moscow, which, to the deepest regret of vacationers, recently stopped its work. After February 2017, even the official representations of this club disappeared on social networks. Information about its closure was only on the Radio Record and in several publications that talk about entertainment facilities in the capital.
Sagrado corp
In December 2013, the largest holding Sagrado Corp opened another entertainment institution in Moscow - Club Space Moscow. After this franchise had to be abandoned, more than a dozen of the most popular entertainment venues remained in the company's ownership.
Among the company's projects are such names as ICON (which is the reincarnation of the famous "Paradise"), "Izvestia Hall" (one of the best concert halls in the capital) and the Shakti Terrace restaurant.
A feature of the corporation is, perhaps, its success. More than 5,000 thousand club events have been implemented over the past years. Only professionals are invited to work in entertainment venues. For example, in the ICON club, the famous Dj Miller is responsible for the musical accompaniment. The closure of the institution, which has become a legend in certain circles, has become a real blow for many nightlife lovers. Moscow has enough places where you can relax, but Club Space Moscow was one of the centers of evening entertainment.
Interest in him arose from the moment of opening, because it was created on a franchise. This club completely repeats the institution of the same name located in Ibiza. This resort has long established itself as the main trendsetter in club culture. The Space club itself, open on the island, became famous for its 22-hour dance marathons.
It became interesting to the public for several reasons: there were performances of legendary DJs. And the club was a transformer, it had a capacity of up to 6 thousand people and would be the only European institution opened under the franchise of a central entertainment venue in Ibiza. The location of the club on the map of the capital was also successful. The Space Moscow Club address was memorable - 36 Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
Club closing
The farewell party was held on February 10, 2017. On this day Luciano, the legend of the club scene, entered the scene. He is the head of the famous label Cadenza, the organizer of the largest and most famous club parties, the hero of Ibiza.

Domestic performers most often performed at parties dedicated to the nineties. Every evening the club’s work, experienced DJs (the best in the capital) rose to its stage.
The impressions of visitors from the last party are really enthusiastic, while the rest of Club Space Moscow’s activities can be met with different reviews. Only people who bought tickets came to the farewell evening, and not invited guests, which helped to avoid the crowding at the entrance, which was often observed at other events. The staff did everything possible to ensure that the last night of visitors in the institution passed without conflict and was remembered for its friendly atmosphere.
What events were held at the club?
One of the most memorable events of this institution was the meeting of 2016. Space Moscow Club hosted the best residents of Comedy Club and Comedy Woman that evening, including the Chekhov Duet, which soon ceased to exist.
Aleksey Vorobyov became the host, and Yegor Creed got on the club stage that evening. In addition to these stars, the best DJs of the capital performed at a club party. The cheapest tickets cost 2,500 rubles, and a seat at the table could be taken for 280 thousand.
Peak attendance was recorded at the Space Moscow Club on July 30, 2016. Then more people wanted to get to the MegaDance 90s party than the institution could accommodate.
By the way, a large number of negative reviews caused by the institution’s policy are associated with this date. The fact is that the club had almost no face control. Almost everyone could enter it. A large number of free invitations were distributed to organizations, which caused a crush and problems with the operation of the bar and toilet.
The Trancemission festival did not attract a motley audience to the club. Information support was provided to him by Radio Record, so most of the visitors were his regular listeners. The last parties in the institution were scheduled for April 2017. They were actively selling tickets at the beginning of the year, so the news of the cessation of the institution was received particularly sharply. The club management reassured visitors: all planned events will be held in the holding facilities. The Flying Circus party was held at Insomnia on March 10, and W&W performed at the Izvestia Hall on April 8. Thus, everyone was able to attend the events they wanted.
Will the club resume work?
The need to stop Space was due to the fact that paying deductible for a non-existent brand accounted for fabulous amounts. In addition, the institution had to fulfill contractual obligations, although the franchise owner is no longer there.
These contracts dictated the pricing policy and other rules established in the institution, which did not allow to make it better for the metropolitan audience.
Club owners doubt that it is completely closed. Club Space Moscow may reopen its doors if the main franchise establishment is moved to another part of Ibiza Island.
At the moment, the fate of the club is unknown. Most likely, over time, it will go through the same process as the Paradise Club, turning into ICON, after which a new institution will open in the same place, working for the same target audience as before the rebranding. Only the interior decoration will change, and only for the better.
