After this, squeeze the juice from carrots and beets. For the test you only need the cake. You can drink the juice, since it is not used in the recipe. Cake, zest of 1 lemon, half sprouts of buckwheat and 2 tablespoons of honey must be chopped with a blender until smooth. Now the dough needs to be dried at room temperature or in the oven at 40 degrees for about 12 hours.
