4 eggplant, 2 zucchini, 2 bell peppers, 2 tomatoes, a mixture of peppers, salt, olive oil.

It is permissible to use a microwave, however, if you want to cook grilled vegetables in the microwave, then note that you need a quality grill, since without it the vegetables will be just boiled.
If there is no grill in your stove, then grill vegetables in the oven as follows.
Wash them, lightly oil and pierce them in several places. Then place each piece in foil so that it fits snugly on the surface of the vegetables.
The oven must be heated to 200C, put the vegetables wrapped in foil on the wire rack and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Then turn off the oven, but immediately take it out, leave them to stand for a little while inside.

For 300-400 ml of marinade:
- 6 medium potatoes,
- 2 large peppers
- 1 eggplant
- 1 zucchini
- 300 grams of mushrooms.
Before cooking vegetables in the oven according to this recipe, we first make the marinade. We take about 250 ml of olive oil, a teaspoon of wine vinegar, who love soy sauce, you can take it with a teaspoon, as well as spicy herbs, such as basil, rosemary, red onions. In general, everything is to your taste. It is only better to take fresh herbs, not dry ones. All must be mixed. Insist the marinade for three hours. At this time, prepare the products. It is necessary to boil the potatoes in their skins, peel bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms. Boiled unpeeled potatoes should be divided into 4 parts, first cut the pepper in half, then each half into 4 parts; cut zucchini and eggplant in circles; mushrooms or in half, or also in 4 parts. We put everything in a rather deep dish and pour the marinade for no more than 30 minutes. marinate. Sometimes we mix so that the marinade gets on the vegetables evenly. We spread the pickled vegetables on a dry baking sheet and put in the oven to bake.
However, it is not necessary to cook grilled vegetables in the oven. If you do not have a grill in the oven, then you can cook the vegetables on the stove using a grill pan.
It is best to purchase a grill pan with high sides, with a lid and with removable handles, so that at any time you can pour the products in it with sauce and place in the oven.
Eggplant, milk squash and zucchini are best suited for this dish. If you want to fry the tomatoes, then they should be enough meaty varieties.
The vegetables should be washed, cut the stalks, much dry with a towel. Cut them into ringlets with a thickness of not more than 1 cm.
Using a brush, grease each slice of vegetable with oil on one side.
Slices of vegetables are laid down on the previously well-heated frying pan with the oiled side down. While vegetables are fried, grease the top. Then turn over with a fork and fry.
It is important to dry the vegetables before frying and do not salt.
