Without abandoning the dream of becoming an artist, he enters the Institute of Cinematography - the famous LGITMiK, and in 1989 he graduated with a degree in film actor.

Creative activity

Combining study and work, Igor Grigoriev works at the Lenconcert (1986-1989). After receiving an actor’s diploma, at the Youth Theater on the Fontanka (1989-1996), combining acting with work in humorous programs on the city’s television channels. In the late nineties Igor Vitalyevich created a rock band called “New Russians”, and in 1987-1988 he acted as a soloist with her.

The beginning of the millennium was remembered by viewers on the program “Druppe's Workshop”, where he invites various famous people to talk. Another of his projects is Lux Express. Unfortunately, there are no recordings of these programs, only one issue of the "Workshop" can be viewed on the Internet.

He was remembered by the wide audience for the sensational projects “Secrets of the investigation”, “Gangster Petersburg”, “Streets of broken lanterns”, “Trap for gentlemen”.

The talent of Igor Vitalievich Grigoriev manifested itself in drama. The scenario “He promised her a heavenly night”, which ironically describes the public elite, caused a resonance among theater connoisseurs. The second title of the play is “Bohemia is Healing”. He has been loyal to the ironic style all his life.

Painter

Although Igor Vitalievich Grigoriev has been drawing since he was four (he studied in the circle of the Pioneer House), he did not make a career as an artist. In 1998, he takes mastery classes from V. Bazhenov. From 2000 to 2003, six exhibitions of Druppe took place in St. Petersburg - this is the pseudonym of Igor Vitalyevich, which is translated from the Old Tungus language as “good spirits”.

He wrote several parodies of famous canvases. This series contains a haystack in the foreground. He wanders from one picture to another, changing the style in accordance with the original parodied by the author.

Since 1989, Igor Vitalievich has been painting portraits. It is known that he wrote for A. Rosenbaum, Yu. Galtsev and E. Margulis.

Films

Igor Grigoriev has been in films since 2001. He is invited to the project “Gangster Petersburg”. But he really becomes famous thanks to the role of Filonov from “Secrets of the investigation”.
