Pasta has long been fixed in our diet for a long time. Their popularity is explained by the fact that they are harmoniously combined with many components, including poultry, vegetables and mushrooms. They make amazingly tasty salads, soups, casseroles, side dishes and other culinary delights. In today's publication, we will look at some simple pasta recipes with broccoli and chicken.
With bacon
This dish has a pronounced creamy taste and pleasant aroma. It turns out to be moderately sharp and quite satisfying, which means it is suitable for both adults and small eaters. To feed them your family, you will need:
- 225 g of spaghetti.
- 100 g of bacon.
- 100 g of parmesan.
- 500 g of fresh broccoli.
- 470 ml of pasteurized milk.
- 2 chilled chicken breasts (without skin and bones).
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- ยฝ tsp. rock salt and ground pepper.
- Water, fresh herbs and vegetable oil.
This interpretation of Italian pasta with broccoli, chicken and cheese is being prepared quite simply. To begin with, in an oiled pan, brown pieces of chicken, crushed garlic and broccoli. After some time, fill it all with milk and add salt, pepper, chopped herbs, grated Parmesan and fried slices of bacon. As soon as the sauce begins to boil, pre-cooked spaghetti is loaded into it. The finished dish is briefly heated over low heat and removed from the stove.
With wine and cream
For those who want to surprise their family and friends with a delicious and light dish, we advise you to pay attention to another option for cooking pasta with broccoli and chicken. For this you will need:
- 150 g pasta.
- 100 ml of 20% cream.
- 100 ml of dry white wine.
- ยผ packaging butter.
- Large chicken fillet.
- A handful of broccoli.
- Water, salt, a mixture of peppers and olive oil.
You need to start cooking pasta with broccoli and chicken with the processing of poultry meat. It is rinsed under a tap, cut and fried in a mixture of butter and olive oils. When browned, it is poured with dry white wine and stewed briefly under the lid. At the next stage, washed broccoli and cream are added to the total capacity in turn. - 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 tbsp. l chopped onion.
- 2 tbsp. l shabby parmesan.
- 4 tbsp. l chopped basil.
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil.
- Salt, oregano, a mixture of ground peppers and water.
To make a delicious pasta with broccoli and chicken, you must strictly adhere to the recommended technology. The washed and chopped fillets are browned in a hot oiled pan with the addition of onions and crushed garlic. Five minutes later, tomatoes, broccoli, salt and spices are sent to the total capacity.
