Wine marinade for pork kebab is prepared as follows: mix red vinegar (wine) with red wine and add sugar to taste, then dry mustard, stir everything thoroughly. The fourth recipe: marinade for barbecue based on white wine (without the addition of vinegar)

Ingredients:

  • White wine - one glass.
  • Sugar - one spoon (teaspoon).
  • Sage - one spoon (teaspoon).
  • Onions - one piece.
  • Vegetable oil - two tablespoons (tablespoons).
  • Black pepper (ground) - one spoon (teaspoon).

Marinade preparation

Grate the onion on a medium grater. Stir all the above spices thoroughly in vegetable oil and leave for about an hour. Then add onion, a spoonful of sugar and white wine to the butter . Cut the beef into neat slices and marinate in the prepared mixture for six to eight hours. After pickling with this mixture, you can safely water your prepared kebab.

Recipe Five: marinade with dry white wine and vinegar

Mix wine vinegar (white) with white wine. Add half a glass of water (boiled), salt and a spoonful of sugar, a little olive oil. Heat the mixture without boiling. Add a spoonful of capers (tablespoon), pepper and thyme (a quarter of a small spoon). Cool the marinade and put the meat in it for ten to twelve hours.
