Shred mushrooms, pass through a meat grinder, add onions, sautéed in oil, chopped egg and sour cream, seasonings. If the filling is liquid, add crushed crackers. Roll out the dough half a centimeter thick and make small pies. Lubricate the edges with an egg and they will not diverge. We grease the pies themselves with the egg, and then bake them over high heat in the oven until they are well browned. Done.

Oyster mushroom caviar

Ingredients : 400 grams of mushrooms, onion, olive oil - two tablespoons, a tablespoon of vinegar, pepper, salt.
