After all, it is the product that we all simply must include in the menu at least twice a week if we want to live long and feel good at the same time. Fish - and river, and especially marine - is simply a storehouse of useful substances and vitamins, which are absolutely necessary and irreplaceable for the human body by anything. Preliminary

First of all, in order to avoid the usual mistakes of beginners at the stove, do not overfill. Pollock is a sea fish, and without your participation it is already quite salty. Secondly, choose the right temperature mode. On too small a fire, it languishes and steams, and does not fry, as a result of which it falls apart into small pieces, and on too large a fire it burns from below, and remains damp inside. You will need: pollock (2-3 fish), breading flour, salt, spices for fish (1 full teaspoon).

Scrap pollock with a knife, removing all unnecessary from the skin, remove the head and fins, clean the insides and rinse the fish both inside and out. Dry with a napkin. Cut the carcasses so that the pieces fit into the pan in which you are going to fry. Salt a little, roll in spices. It's time to put the pan on the stove. This recipe for fried fish does not provide marinade, but if you leave pollock to lie in spices for 20-30 minutes, it will not be worse, only better. It is not necessary to calcine the oil, as if on pilaf, just warm it up to a very hot state. It remains to roll each piece on all sides in flour, put the fish in a pan and immediately reduce the heat to medium. When browned, turn over and cover. When ready, put on a plate, garnish with herbs or vegetables and serve!

You will need: 3-4 fish of pollock, salt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, ground black pepper, 2-3 tablespoons of olive or any other butter for marinade, a small piece of butter, onion, half a glass of sour cream, a glass of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon a spoon of flour without a hill and dill.

Combine lemon juice, pepper, salt and olive oil. Stir the fish with this mixture and keep it in the refrigerator while preparing the sauce. For the sauce, chop the onion finely and spassage it in a mixture of vegetable and butter. Passing requires a slight temperature, so that it only boils slightly. When the onions become soft, add a little light under the pan. Pour the flour and roll it in the pan for a couple of minutes to leave the flour aftertaste. Add sour cream and stir for another 2-3 minutes, until the product in the pan changes color. Then pour the cream into it and, when it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum. Add the dill finely chopped in a blender, salt, mix and literally after 1 minute remove from heat. Now fry pollock as described in the first recipe.
