Parents pinned great hopes on Dee-di: mother dreamed that her son would become a great philosopher when he graduated from a prestigious university, and his father saw the future real fighter in the boy. Using the loyalty of the teachers, Dmitry sometimes ran away from lectures in order to feast on the crabs, caviar and king prawns that his brother brought from Vladivostok.

Parents were lucky that they did not find Dmitry's transitional age: at that time they lived and worked in Afghanistan. The son rushed to extremes for the sake of attention from the opposite sex.
