First, heat the milk, add sugar mixed with yeast into it and pour half the flour. Leave the mixture in a warm place for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, pour the melted margarine, salt and sugar. Next, slowly pour the remaining flour. Knead smooth dough without lumps, sprinkle it with flour and leave it warm. Once the dough โfitsโ, you need to divide it into small pieces and form buns. You will need the following products:

- 150 g margarine;

Cooking Orange Buns
Remove the zest from the orange. We heat the milk, breed fresh yeast in it, add flour, sugar, a third of the zest, ghee and salt. Knead a homogeneous dough and form 8 balls of the same size. - 1 tsp slaked soda;
- 40 g of fresh yeast;
- powdered sugar;
- cinnamon;
- orange peel;
- a pinch of salt.
Using a mixer or blender, beat the chicken eggs with sugar. Gradually introduce zest, sour cream, cottage cheese and soda. Heat the milk over low heat to 40 degrees. Add yeast to it, stir. Mix the flour with salt and knead the dough for buns, combining all the products. We roll the ball out of the test and place it in a warm place for about twenty minutes.
We form small buns from the finished dough. We spread them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and grease each bun on top with a slightly beaten egg mixture. Sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon powder.

Step by step recipe

- Next, prepare the custard: pour milk into the pan, add vanilla and heat.
- We mix sugar, flour, eggs, starch in a separate bowl, pour in one third of the unboiled milk.
- As soon as all the milk boils, pour the egg mixture into it and constantly stir on the fire, waiting until the contents of the pan thicken.
- While the bakery is cooling, three dark chocolate on a fine grater. When everything has cooled, grease the cake mixture and sprinkle it with chocolate, then wrap it in a tight roll in length.
- The sausage, which we get as a result, should be cut into small pieces (each about 6 cm).
