Product Composition :

  • 600 g of pork;
  • 300 g of mushrooms;
  • 8-10 pcs. medium sized potatoes;
  • 2 pcs. bulbs;
  • 1 cup sour cream;
  • 2-3 tbsp. l mayonnaise;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • spices to taste;
  • greens.

Cooking

  1. The meat can be either pulp or contain small bones. The main thing is that it does not have streaks and excess fat. It is advisable to use young pork. Cut it into slices of approximately two by three centimeters. Lay on the bottom of the pots, dividing into equal portions.
  2. The next layer should be chopped onion rings. Season with spices and salt on top.
  3. Peel the mushrooms, wash, cut in half, and then into thin plates. Lay on top of the onion.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Lay it on the mushrooms.
  5. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and water. Salt and pepper. Pour the resulting dressing into pots. Add water if necessary so that the contents are almost completely coated with liquid.
  6. Stew pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce in the oven for about 1 hour. Observe the temperature regime - 200 degrees. Sprinkle with chopped herbs when serving.

  • 0.5 kg of pork pulp;
  • 200 g of fresh champignons;
  • 3 fresh ripe tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme;
  • 1 small clove of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 100 g of any hard cheese;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l oils;
  • salt;
  • some ground pepper.

  1. Cut the meat into thin long slices and quickly lightly fry it in oil, stirring occasionally. Put the mass in a pan.
  2. Peel, wash and cut the mushrooms in slices.
  3. Chop the onion, garlic and tomatoes into small pieces with a knife. If desired, tomatoes can be pre-peeled after blanching in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Place the mushrooms in a frying pan. After light browning, season with vegetable mass and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the mixture to the meat.
  5. Season the dish with sour cream, spices and salt and, after mixing, let it simmer slowly over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  6. When serving, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top of the meat with mushrooms.
