Grate carrots and fry with minced meat. Wash leek, dry with a towel and separate the white stalk. Boil it for 2-3 minutes, cool, cut into several parts and carefully separate the layers between them. We should get hollow onion tubes, which we start with prepared minced meat. After that, grease the baking dish with oil and put the meat into it with minced meat down.
Now prepare the baking sauce. For this, we spread tomato paste with a glass of vegetable broth. In vegetable oil, fry a tablespoon with a slide of flour and pour in a thin stream of tomato, without stopping stirring. Add for taste the juice of half a lemon, a little salt and sugar. If you like more spicy dishes, we recommend using black and white peppers. The mixture is kept on fire until thickened, after which we pour the straws with it and put the dish in the oven for 7-8 minutes. Serve to the table, sprinkled with chopped dill.
