The drug "Lactovit forte" is a probiotic containing bacterial cultures that normalize the digestive tract. It consists of aerobic bacilli and spore-forming lactobacilli, which are able to displace the pathogenic flora from the intestine. Duration of use and doses of this drug depend on the age of the patients. Lactovit Forte should be taken 40 minutes before meals. A single dose for children under 2 years old is half a capsule or sachet, for adults and children over 2 years old - 1 capsule or sachet. The maximum dose per day for children under 2 years is 1 capsule / sachet, while adults and children after two years of age can take a maximum of two capsules / sachet.
