  • Fresh or frozen cranberries - 200 gr.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 35 gr.
  • Apple cider vinegar - 45 ml.
  • Boiled water - 100 ml.
  • Salt is a pinch.
  • Ground cinnamon and black pepper - a couple of pinches.

Step 1. Wash the berries, dry them slightly and sort out, removing defective (crushed, unripe, rotten) fruits.

Step 2. We chop the onion.

Step 3. Cranberries in mashed potatoes in any way convenient for you.

Step 4. Mix the prepared onions and mashed cranberry puree in a saucepan.

Step 5. Pour boiled water.

Step 6. After waiting for boiling, boil another 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 7. Turn off and let the gas station cool. Grind the sauce with a blender or in a meat grinder into a mass of homogeneous consistency.

Step 8. Do not forget to add spices: cinnamon, pepper, salt and sugar. Pour in the vinegar.

Step 9. After mixing, return to the fire: boil until the desired consistency is achieved. If the process drags on, and the dressing seems excessively liquid, thicken with starch.

The sauce is ready: it will be perfectly combined with beef or veal.

Cranberry Sauce Recipe for Poultry Using Citrus

What you need to take:

  • Cranberries - 400 gr.
  • Oranges.
  • Sugar: determine the amount of taste.

We take so many oranges so that from them it is possible to squeeze 100 ml of juice and remove half a glass of zest.

Step 1. In the pan, lay the crumpled cranberries.

Step 2. Add the remaining ingredients to it.

Step 3. We are waiting for boiling and simmer over low heat.

Step 4. We achieve the necessary consistency, then grind everything in a blender.

  • Cranberries - 600 gr.
  • Raisins - 75 gr.
  • Nuts (pecans) - 60-80 gr.
  • Sugar - about 100 gr.
  • Water - 200 ml.
  • Orange zest from 1 fruit.
  • Ground nutmeg and cinnamon - 0.5 tsp each.

Step 1. Grind cranberries with sugar.

  • Cranberries - 250 gr.
  • Lemon zest - tsp
  • Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
  • Water –3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 75 gr.
  • Freshly grated ginger - 1 tbsp.

Step 1. Grind the berries with sugar.
