Where was the series Soldiers filmed? In what city?
As can be seen from the frames from the film, work on its creation was not carried out in the pavilion. Where was the series Soldiers-1 filmed? The venue was the site in the Krasnogorsk district, near the village of Nakhabino. Here, the creators of the series found a real military unit. Moreover, at the time of filming, the object where the "Soldiers" were shot remained active. This allowed the authors of the series to bring conditions as close as possible to real army ones, as well as to avoid the use of fake scenery.
Features of the shooting process
Work on the creation of the film was conducted under the direction of director Sergei Arlanov. The director ordered that the site where the Soldiers were filmed be carefully prepared. As a props, real military attributes were used. Here, the schedule according to which real soldiers are serving has never been respected. At the same time, draftees who participated in the crowd, often got the opportunity to leave their duties, relax and have fun.
It is noteworthy that the main part of the props, which was required for the film, was provided by the military unit where the "Soldiers" were shot. All this made it possible to achieve the ultimate level of realism of what is happening on the screen.
The director of the tape tried to reflect the spirit of the "fun" army. As for the demonstration of violence on the screen, everything was bypassed only by manifestations of minor hazing. The result was a rather funny series that did not try to deliberately ridicule the army and find its flaws. The main task of the authors of the project was to create a film that will appeal to spectators of different sex and age.
Actors
The authors of the series in all seriousness approached the choice of leading actors. The project approved only those artists who had experience in military service. It was these skills that came in handy for actor Roman Madyanov, who played Viktor Kolobkov.
In turn, Alexei Maklakov, who appeared on the screen as ensign Shmatko, served in the army for only a short period. The total period of his stay in the army barracks was a little more than six months. The actor himself tries once again not to spread about what forced him to leave the service.
It is worth noting that initially the role of Pavel Borodin in the series was claimed by professional artists Alexander Porokhovshchikov and Nikolai Chindyaykin. However, soon a real serviceman Boris Shcherbakov got to the set . He came here at the invitation of his own commander, who was interested in working on the series. The directors of the film noticed a bright type of Boris and invited him to participate in one of the scenes. From the first minutes, Shcherbakov managed to perfectly get used to the image of the brave commander Pavel Borodin. Thus, the man soon had the chance to retrain from military to actors.
Vyacheslav Grishechkin, who got the image of Lieutenant Colonel Starokony, in his youth he entered the army immediately after graduation from the theater institute. The artist notes that he liked the service. He especially liked creating geodetic signs.
Actor Alexei Oshurkov (Lt. Col. Zubov), since 1984, served in the naval forces. Here he reached the rank of sergeant, after which he was demobilized. According to the artist, a similar experience should be experienced by every guy who wants to become a real man.
