  • Fry chicken thighs in vegetable oil on all sides until a crust appears.
  • Meanwhile, chop the garlic and onion finely.
  • Remove the meat from the pan and fry the garlic and onions until soft.
  • In the meantime, peel the peel from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • Put chili and coriander in a pan with onions. Stew tomatoes with juice.

  • You will need thick-walled dishes or a deep frying pan.
  • A set of products: chicken meat (any parts) or beef goulash about 0.5 kg, onion, one large carrot; a cup of rice (approximately 200 g) and 2 cups of water, vegetable oil (3 tablespoons). Spices - curry, seasoning for pilaf or whatever you like, be sure to red sweet paprika (about a teaspoon), salt and a head of garlic.
  • Place the skillet over the fire and pour oil into the bottom.
  • Slice the onion and put on the fry.
  • Peel and chop the carrots in large cubes and also fry with the onions. Do not forget to stir.
  • Pour the spices into the carrots and mix.

  • After 5 minutes, pour dry rice into the pan.
