Blok is a poet who will be modern for a long time, because his changeable time, when he worked, is consonant with our constantly changing reality. And if you take it not too thick volume, then in it you can always find Blok's poems that are easy to learn.
Long and short poems
One of the earliest and very poetic creations is “The girl sang in the church choir”. There are only sixteen stanzas in it. This is a picture that rises before my eyes from the dusk and the golden light of candles, and the main thing in it is a girl, bright, sublime, whose clear voice is carried high and high and gives hope to everyone who listens to her.
Her singing makes everyone feel better. It seems to everyone that both near and far find peace and bright life. But this, alas, is an illusion. Just adults are easier to forget sorrows than children. They are accustomed to this by life - to go forward without turning back. Therefore, at the end of the poem, only a child cries quietly. He mourns for those about whom the girl sings, because in fact they will never return.
Another short one, only eight stanzas, is remembered instantly and, by the way, is often quoted. This is "Night, street, lantern, pharmacy."
Why do we live, what are we moving consciously or unconsciously: these questions arose before the poet in full growth. His answer is hopeless. But he is only just approaching the issues of being. These are Blok’s poems that are easy to learn, but they say the opposite - about hope and hopelessness.
Continuation of this topic.
“To sin shamelessly ...” is a bitter analysis of the existing reality, which is as urgent as possible today. And these Blok verses that are easy to learn are also often cited. This dirty, dark, musty, immoral being is applicable today not only to the inhabitants of our homeland. There is no such thing as shame in life. Everything will be written off by faith and repentance. It is difficult for a non-religious person to understand, but shame as a category in religion is absent: the main thing is to repent. And all will be forgiven you. By whom? The priest will forgive sins, or the path to a pilgrimage, or even easier - to grind everything at the red corner with icons, where the lamp burns. Maybe Blok did not like such Russia, but at least he understood and accepted it. Not so the end of the poem is perceived now. I would like to actively say no to the wild animal existence. And life shows that nevertheless the majority of people do not live according to primitive laws. These are precisely those verses of the Block that are easy to learn. But, most importantly, they also teach, teach not to pay off sins, and themselves, not proud of it, to live cleanly and morally.
And how did Blok see himself? Here is his program poem "Oh, I want to live madly."
And he immediately gives the answer: everything that he sees must be preserved for centuries; to humanize that which has no soul; translate unfulfilled. This, of course, is a big complaint. High. Moreover, reality strangles him. He is outwardly gloomy, you can’t easily approach him, but in his heart he is a child. Light and good are its elements.
Love Block Lyrics that are easy to learn
The sad elegy about the past, the irretrievable, about what was left only in dreams, begins as a fairy tale - "Over the mountains, behind the forests ...". Far, far beneath other heavens, the one to whom both heart and soul are given blossoms. Especially sharp memories of her become when spring comes , Blok's favorite season. However, he adored the wind, which whistles in many of his poems, or sweeps a snowstorm, and snow is covered with snow. But in this work, as never before, there is still silence.
She does not bother to remember the past, which seems so close that you only have to lend a hand - and you can reach it. But no, only in dreams can you squeeze your favorite hand, which has magical power. All is lost forever. Not saved.
Nearby is no less bitter "Leaked over the years ...". To the lyrical hero, who was blinded by love, it is now becoming clear that he was only allowed to love unrequitedly, that they didn’t even play with him and didn’t flirt, but were just there. He was a random person in her life. But for him - there are no others; minutes with them are painful and bitter. The lyrical hero is enclosed in a hopeless circle of memories.
Block verses that are easy to learn: 16 lines total
But why such a strange framework? There are wonderful poems on 12 and 20 lines. We give an example. In "Sadness and Crying and Laughing ..." the lyrical hero folds ringing streams of verses at the feet of his beloved. But it is far, far from their crystal jets.
She is alive, not at all as it seems to the poet, and he does not understand how to recreate and bring her image closer.
And another, longer. "And again - the outbursts of young years ...". And again, as in youth, a sudden explosion of forces and a scatter of opinions in all directions. But there is no happiness. The lyrical hero does not doubt this for a minute. After a series of years, he became convinced that there was no need for happiness. It was only a pipe dream, which half my life lacked. But what remains? Creative enthusiasm and affirmation of connection with the world.
Nature in the world of Block
She is never divorced from a person in the universe that the poet creates. And it cannot be said that Blok's poems about nature, which are easy to learn, are easy to find.
At all? Alexander Alexandrovich is very, very complex and completely ambiguous. “On the street - rain and slush ...” - this is how the poem begins, in which the hero is bored with absolutely everything. To get away from longing, he offers a rather simple way out - to inflate a samovar and somehow get distracted. Or "Kite." A kite circulates in smooth circles over the meadow.
And in the hut sits a mother and grieve over her infant son. She knows that when he grows up, she will dutifully bear her cross. And the kite is a living personification of that predatory and evil force that will not allow her son to live freely and calmly, as she did not give her herself. And it lasts for centuries. Wars, riots, villages, villages burn. And the kite circles and circles. And will this end? Here is such a difficult nature in the Bloc, connected directly with man.
Poetry in general, and Blok in particular, is required not for study, but in order to plunge into its world, we begin to live in it, empathizing with the author. This is what we need to learn. And for this you should read a lot and choose thoughts and feelings that are consonant with your soul.
