Now you can go back to the meat. We open the incisions and sprinkle them with chopped pepper. Next, in each cut, put the fried vegetables. At the same time, you need to press them tightly so that the filling does not fall out.

Next, the neck should be tied with twine, greased with oil and fry until a golden crust is obtained in a large frying pan. After that, put the meat in a sleeve or a bag for baking and cook it in the oven.

Cut the carrots and the second part of sweet pepper into cubes. Oyster mushrooms are disassembled into pieces, removing the hard legs. Grind the pulp in the form of strips. Dice the onion.
