Step by step cooking
Grind the eggs with salt. Beat them with a whisk or a fork, adding the whole voiced kefir norm. With continuous stirring, introduce flour sifted with baking powder. The result should be a dough with a consistency of thick sour cream.

- two tablespoons of sour cream.

- 5-10 fresh champignons;
- 200 grams of ham;
- half onion;
- 100 grams of cream cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- greens.
How to cook
We start with the filling. Fry chopped champignon in warmed vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates. Together with mushrooms, fry the chopped onions. Combine the contents of the pan with salt and pepper to taste. Cut the ham into cubes or rub on a grater. We’ll do the same with cheese. Add two tablespoons of sour cream and chopped greens. Add one raw protein to the filling. We mix everything.
And now let's start creating a dough for a jellied pie with ham and cheese. Kefir is slightly warmed up. Add soda to it, mix the ingredients. Leave the mixture for five minutes so that the soda begins its action.
Now introduce salt and sugar here. Add the remaining egg with the yolk and mix, pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix again. Now it’s the turn of sour cream and sifted flour. You get a dough that resembles a not very thick sour cream product.
