Take half a glass of sugar, preferably brown. Pour it into the stewpan, add 2 tablespoons of starch and a pinch of salt. Pour 2 cups of low-fat milk, mix, bring to a boil and literally cook for a minute over medium heat. Be sure to stir.
Then remove the mixture from the heat, add a couple teaspoons of vanilla and mix again. Pour half of this mixture into a blender, add two banana sliced āāinto pieces and mix until smooth. After that, enter the rest of the milk mixture and freeze the resulting mass.
If you do not want to mess around for a long time, then there is a banana milk ice cream , the recipe of which allows you to do without heat treatment. Just mix 3 bananas and 3-4 tablespoons of milk in a blender. Then introduce any flavoring additives (spices, berries, fruits, nuts, condensed milk), mix with a spoon - and in the freezer.
Proportions are conditional. If you want milk-banana ice cream more than banana-milk, then add not three tablespoons of milk, but a glass.
