Cooking it is not at all difficult at home, you need to know a couple of tricks and have the necessary ingredients in the refrigerator, as well as a little soul, a drop of imagination and great inspiration. With all this at hand, you can easily plunge into the life of real Italians, without even having been directly to Italy. There are several different recipes for preparing this simple dish, for example, pasta sauce in a simple way, meat or without meat.
So, how to cook pasta gravy? Let's start with the simplest option. For cooking, you need products such as meat (preferably pork, but any other kind of meat), two onions, three tablespoons of tomato paste, one tablespoon of flour, a couple of cloves of garlic, a mixture of peppers to taste, and do not forget about salt and better boiled water. Now we begin to prepare the gravy itself. First, fry the onions in a pan, but not much. While the onion is preparing, cut the pork into small pieces and send it to the onion pan for further frying. Now separately in another pan we pass the flour for three minutes, then add it to the meat and onion. Next in line is tomato paste. Stew all the ingredients a little and add water so that it covers all the meat, and the gravy is not too thin. The best option would be if you get the consistency of sour cream. Stew the dish until cooked and serve. "Simple pasta sauce" is ready.
How to make gravy for pasta with meat? This recipe is similar to the previous one, but still slightly different ingredients and method of preparation. In order to make meat sauce, you need to take two different types of meat (for example, pork and beef or pork and lamb), two onions, two tomatoes, water, salt, a mixture of peppers and bay leaf. First, fry the meat in a pan until a golden crust is formed, then add the finely chopped onion and fry again for five minutes. Next, add water and continue to simmer another five minutes. Well, and then add the tomatoes (you can also add tomato paste), salt and season with a mixture of peppers, throw a bay leaf. Stew until the dishes are cooked.
The third way to cook is vegetable gravy. For its preparation in the meat-free version, it is necessary to take such products: half a kilogram of mushrooms (two mushrooms), two onions, a couple of garlic cloves, one glass of sour cream (preferably greasy), one tablespoon of tomato paste, one tablespoon of flour, salt, mixture peppers and other seasonings to your taste.
So, we begin to prepare the third in our list of pasta gravy. First, peel and wash the mushrooms, chop the onions finely. We immediately send the last ingredient to the frying pan. At this time, we cut the mushrooms into slices, they will follow the onions into the pan. Do not forget to salt and season with different spices to taste, cover, fry.
