Salmon steak - fast, tasty, healthy

It's no secret that salmon steak is a very healthy, tasty dish, which, moreover, is very quickly prepared. The salmon recipes are countless. Below are presented to your attention simple, but very tasty options for the preparation of this product.

There are some rules for making salmon dishes. So if the fish is very frozen, it is better to defrost it in the common chamber of the refrigerator the day before cooking. Thawed fish must be dried before cooking. Existence of moisture will cause the fish not to bake, but to stew. At the same time, it can lose its shape and fall apart into small pieces.

The salmon steak, the recipe of which is given here, is prepared from the following ingredients:

- salmon steaks - 2 pcs.;

- fat sour cream - 50 ml;

- white wine - 60 ml;

- olive oil - 15 ml;

- half a lemon;

- ground pepper;

- seasoning “hops-suneli” - 1 teaspoon;

- salt.

Preparation Scheme:

1. Salmon steaks are washed and dried with a paper towel. They should be rubbed with salt and carefully coated with sour cream. Fish prepared in this way should be put in a cool place for 0.5 hours.

2. Pepper and seasoning "hops-suneli" should be thoroughly mixed. Chilled fish is seasoned with a mixture of these spices.

3. Two pieces of foil should be well lubricated with oil. Pieces of fish are placed in each piece of foil and wrapped in such a way as to make something like a plate. Top the fish with lemon juice and wine.

4. In a preheated to 175 ° C oven are placed "plates" of foil with fish. The cooking process of this dish should not exceed 10 minutes, because with further cooking the fish will fall apart into small pieces.

- salmon steaks - 3 pcs.;

- tomatoes - 3 pcs.;

- onion;

- garlic - 2 heads;

- thyme - 8 branches;

- tarragon leaves - not 1 tsp;

- thyme leaves - 1 teaspoon;

- white wine - 50 ml;

- lemon slices - 3 pcs.;

- olive oil - 80 ml;

- ground pepper;

- salt.

Scheme of cooking:

1. The oven is heated to 220 ° C. Spread a deep baking sheet with foil and grease it with oil.

2. Peeled, chopped onion and half-sliced ​​tomatoes spread on foil.

Sprinkle the fish with finely chopped tarragon and thyme leaves. Salmon is baked for about 8 minutes. Cooking time can be slightly increased if the pieces of fish are very thick.

6. Ready salmon turns golden in color. Serve the cooked dish directly on the vegetable "pillow".

Grilled salmon steak is equally delicious. For this dish you need:

- steaks - 8 pcs.;

- lemon;

- lime;

- a bunch of dill;

- pepper;

- salt;

- Worcester sauce - a few drops.

Cooking:

1. Spray the prepared fish with lemon juice and Worcester sauce. The fish salts and peppers and is left to marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Pickled salmon is oiled.

3. Fry pieces of fish on a red-hot grill for no more than 4 minutes on both sides.

4. Limes are washed with hot water and cut into small slices.
